All appointments are booked, managed and paid for via Fresha. I kindly ask all clients to have the app downloaded and all details up to date in your profile, this includes your payment details. Check you are happy with the time and fees associated with each booking at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. You will receive a booking reminder. If you require assistance, just ask.
Consultations and skin testing is mandatory for all new colour appointments. Whilst it may feel like an inconvenience these are ultimately in place to protect yourselves and my business. Unfortunately I can not provide colour services to anyone under the age of 16. Consider saving your inspiration pictures before your appointment to save time searching during the 20 minute consultation. Depending on the decided services, a small deposit may be required to secure bookings.
Parking is provided on my driveway, please be courteous of my neighbours especially if you have evening or weekend bookings.
Please respect all timings, if you are running late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to carry out the full service required and so the rest of my day can run smoothly.
I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and booking amendments. Less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge. All 'no show' appointments will be charged in full.
I kindly ask that you organise suitable care for your children. Whilst I love children, caring for them can add time to appointments, I simply do not have and space is extremely limited. Light refreshments are available but please feel free to bring drinks and snack to longer appointments.
I do not offer refunds on services or products. If you feel there is a problem, I kindly ask that you notify me directly within 5 days of your original appointment.
Due care is taken not to damage any personal items or belongings, Hair at Hampton is not liable if such event should occur.
